MobiSave Rebates App Reviews

Every time I have submitted a redemption I am told I didnt save the offer before purchase despite saving it before I leave the house. A few times the offers are no longer in my cart when I get home a few hours later. Go to Ibotta; great customer service and better offers.

I downloaded this app several months ago and loved it. I really like the ease in getting your coupon money BUT, since joining, it seems there are no coupons for fresh vegetables or meats - all coupons for things Ive never heard of. Not happy with it anymore!

I redeemed a few rebate and I was trying to save the money till I reached a higher amount. I went to go redeem my rebates and apparently they expire and it was only a month that they were unused I suggest using a different app this one is awful. The rebates are also not worth much.

Unlike so many others where there is a payout limit, MobiSave gives me my rebate as soon as it is approved. It is frustrating sometimes when the only rebates I can get are less than $0.50, but its still better than nothing. As a year round indoor and outdoor allergy sufferer as well as having to eat a special diet, its rare for me to be short of rebate opportunities. I do understand how it could be annoying for people with different shopping habits and needs due to the types of products that tend to get the higher rebates.

Love the app. Easy to use. Love the fact it pays straight into your PayPal account. Wish they would bring back rebates for milk, bread, eggs, fruits and veggies.

I try to claim rebates and they dont paid the rebates, is a fraud. Doesnt work.

Needs more offers but its fast and you get paid fast!

This is a great app with some good customer service oriented people behind it..........but it desperately needs more commonly used & recognized products.

Love this app! I can add a receipt for cashback and within an hr the money is in my Paypal!

I wouldnt have gone out of my way to write a review about this app if it werent for the one thing: you have to add your offers to your cart before purchasing. Aint nobody got time for that. Not only that but your offers will disappear from your cart whenever they feel like it, so you may think that offer for orange juice is in your cart, and it was, but not any more. So youre screwed. Its more bother than its worth to save 10 cents on apples. Slim picking offers too.

This app loves to deny any rebates submitted that are of higher amounts. They dont mind giving you 10 cents but they claim you didnt select items before shopping if you submit rebates above $2. Ibotta, saving star, and checkout 51 are better and honestly give you the rebates offered.

Love the app. Fast payment, but need more common groceries that you can find at a regular store.

I submitted my first 2 rebates valued at 10 cents and 40 cents. But it simply tells me to add my Mobisave registered email to my PayPal account. Problem is, my Mobisave email is the same as my PayPal email. Contacted support. They say "you have 30 days before PayPal throws your money away and you lose your reward". Except they obviously havent sent me the reward. Glitch in the Server? Out of luck, lose your reward. Even Ibotta is better than this junky app! Update: after fighting with incompetent customer support who wont follow PayPals instructions to correct the errors Mobi made... for WEEKS... Still trying to get my dime and my forty cents. But my IBOTTA account is $14 richer and my SavingStar is $10 richer. Mobi is a SCAM!

You do get paid immediately for shopping, but I think its RIDICULOUS that you have to select the items BEFORE you purchase!!!!!! Sometimes no internet or you just forget!!!!! What is the purpose of selecting BEFORE????

Would have saved $5.70 but you have to check your list before you go shopping. Ill pass on this site!

Just used for first time. Could use more offers but I received my payout in less than 20 minutes. Very nice

Sometimes this application can be a little confusing but all in all Im still saving money so its a good application to use

I have tried to use this about 4-5 times now and almost every time (other than for 2 items) it sends me a message saying that my rebates were denied due to unsaved items. I have my items in the cart, I scan my receipt, what else is there to do? Other apps are much easier to use.

Just purchased items. 1 is under review but shouldnt be, the other needed to be checked BEFORE I bought it. Ridiculous! I purchased items JUST to use this app but feel Im am waiting my time. There also needs to be more commonly used food/items available for redemption. One more issue and Im gone.

Seriously! Who has time to verify what rebates they will use BEFORE they shop! Most times I will shop based on the stores sales then check apps to see what I can use, just about every time I lose out on your app because its not the way I or probably most SAHM shop these days. Fix this!!
