Incompetent staff or Scammer?

I submitted my first 2 rebates valued at 10 cents and 40 cents. But it simply tells me to add my Mobisave registered email to my PayPal account. Problem is, my Mobisave email is the same as my PayPal email. Contacted support. They say "you have 30 days before PayPal throws your money away and you lose your reward". Except they obviously havent sent me the reward.

Glitch in the Server? Out of luck, lose your reward.

Even Ibotta is better than this junky app!

Update: after fighting with incompetent customer support who wont follow PayPals instructions to correct the errors Mobi made... for WEEKS... Still trying to get my dime and my forty cents. But my IBOTTA account is $14 richer and my SavingStar is $10 richer.
